Its been ages since i last post a FOTD. I did this look a month ago, didn't realise it till i was browsing thru my picture folder. I don't know why but i was always reach out for MAC Satin Taupe and end up doing the same look again but this time im using a different foundation. Heh! All products are from MAC, unless stated.

Yes, MIA again. I feel bad neglecting my blog but there's so much going on for the past few months and one of them is.....Our new home, Yes! we just got the keys to our new home ( last month actually but the planning start some time early this year)! Seriously! Its so tiring, time consuming and alot of $$ involved. Im not gonna go for the Makeup ban cos it doesn't work for me but simply curb my spendings. So far so good!

 I was browsing thru Ulta.com with no intension to get anything but end up purchasing the Stila E! Red Carpet palette. To my surprise, UD Naked Palette was available for sale and the next thing i know its already in my shopping cart, talk about impulse buyer! There's few more items i bought for my girlfriends but im not gonna feature it here since it doesn't belong to me. Heh! If im not wrong, i ordered these sometime in Jan2011 and receive 3-4weeks later.

 For drugstore.com , i got the Alpha Hydrox AHA Souffle (US$15.49) for my mum and another Z Palette(US$20) in Leopard print. Again there's a few more items i bought but its not beauty related so i won't feature it here. Heeee~

 Few months back Watson was having a 30% off storewide(i think) for members so i took the chance to buy the Vichy Normaderm Anti-imperfection Hydrating Care and after discount was $30-ish? Great deal isn't it?! Some TLC for my eyes, Optrex Eye lotion and stock up my cotton pads.

 The Husband bought for me Bioderma Sensibio H20 sometime in Feb2011 when he was in Vivocity. He got a shock of his life when the SA told him that its $34 (if im not wrong) for a small bottle of makeup remover. LOL!

 This is the latest item i bought (yes only one item!), Paula's Choice BHA 2% Liquid. I got a MASSIVE breakout between my jawline and neck, this is only happen when i try to grow out my hair. Darn it! I decided to take the plunge and order it via www.paulaschoice.com.sg , and i receive it the next day!

The Rundown:

I was itching to try this product after so much raving reviews. Michelle got it for me during her HK trip sometime back but i only start using it few months ago and i use it once a week.

Kinda fascinated by the sea salt bits , c'mon have you seen any Shampoo that have the actual Sea Salt in it? but somehow its kinda weird applying it on your hair. What i usually do, i wet my hair , scoop the product  and spread it all over my hair. You need to add lil bit more water in order for it to lather if not its like rubbing sand into your hair. LOL! After much scrunching, the sea salts starts to dissolve and do note that sea salts will be all over the bathroom floor!

 After rinsing off, my hair felt squeaky clean ,very dry and tangled.

Am i loving it?

Nope. I hate it actually. I wanted to love this product like all other Lush products i tried but it makes my hair really really dry and it gets tangled so easily (imagine if i had long hair?). My hair looked fluffy and bigger than normal (in a frizzy way), is this what they meant by BIG hair? I hope not.

Even my husband don't like it, he said his hair looks like a poodle! LOL!

 No, it doesn't work for me and its really pricey. Furthermore, its not available locally.

Hey Gorgeous!

My first 2011 haul post!!  Errmm, most of the items ordered during the Xmas promotions and arrived in SG few weeks back but i only had the time to go through all the items last week. January is such a busy month, especially at work. Alrighty, enough said, here are the stuff i bought.

 Late Dec2010, TBS was having a 25% sale for  all the cleansers ( i think) so i stock up my Tea Tree Facial Foam and a bottle of Tea Tree Toner (not pictured). The rest of the items i bought early this month as i wanted to utilise my $50 rebate. In total i saved over $70! The BA threw in a few samples for me as well.

 Yup, finally got the chance to try Soap & Glory product. My colleague's sister's friend got the Soap & Glory Scrub Your Nose In It for me at a fraction of the retail price! So far im liking it except it stings a lil bit.

 These are the three packages (the other one i threw it away already) i received. The Husband kinda pissed that i shop again when our house gonna be ready soon, yikes!

 The goods i bought from ULTA when they were having 20% off storewide. Just FYI, i've done a lil bit of comparison with Drugstore.com and found out that SOME of the items from ULTA are more affordable. They are very generous with the samples cos I got a free transparent Bag (full of samples).

 This time the only reason i shop at drugstore.com cos i wanted to get the Hyland's BackAche With Arnica (not pictured) for The Husband (part of the excuse) due to his slip disc which giving him problems again. It would be very silly if i were to have one item in my cart right? So i added a few more which was Philosophy the microdelivery exfoliating wash (20% off) , Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10, Maximum Strength (LOVE! Shrink cystic pimple overnight) , Cargo's Most Wanted Kit and lastly Z palette in Zebra prints (im gonna depot all my eyeshadows!).

 Yes, i caved in and ordered the Clarisonic Mia when SkinCareRx was having 20% off storewide. 

Clarisonic Mia in Lavender.  I've been using it for a few days now but I don't feel anything soft or smooth like other beauty junkies raved about, maybe it takes time?
